Taiji Circle celebrates UNESCO World Tai Chi Day
21 March 2026
In Camden Square Gardens, London NW1 9UY
At: 11:30 to 13:00

Join us on the Spring Equinox for free tai chi demonstrations and guided practice of this ancient Chinese health and martial art.

The students of Taiji Circle Lucky Dragon invite you to come and try Tai Chi with us on this special day, when Tai Chi will be celebrated around the world. We would love to share through Chen Taijiquan demonstrations and simple foundation training, our love of the Chen Taiji practice with the subtle benefits it brings to calm and relax our minds, enhance energy and strengthen our bodies.

UNESCO officially designated March 21 as International Taijiquan (Tai Chi) Day during its 43rd General Conference in November 2025. The date coincides with the Spring Equinox to symbolize balance (Yin and Yang). This recognises the 400-year-old Chinese martial art as a vital cultural heritage for health, harmony, and global exchange.

If the weather is very bad we will move to St Paul’s Church Hall, at the top of Camden Square, London NW1 9XG

You can just turn up… but just so we know how many people to expect, please book your Free Bookwhen Tickets or Book with Eventbrite
